No Risk Guarantee
Ogden Forklifts is committed to total customer satisfaction and extends this to our product offering, the NISSAN line of forklift trucks. We are so proud and pleased with the NISSAN product that we would like to offer you our "No Risk Guarantee."
In the event, after the first year of ownership of a new NISSAN unit, it has not satisfactorily performed as presented by Ogden Forklifts and NISSAN, we will take it back.
In order to accomplish this, we will pay you the depreciated value, in accordance with the Five Year Straight Line Depreciation (i.e., 20% per year) tax guidelines, or the average wholesale trade-in value, whichever is greater.
Your only commitment is to use the equipment in a safe manner and return it in the same condition as delivered, less normal wear and tear, with no missing parts.
